Refill Cutoff Times:

Pickup:
Refills submitted within 2 hours of closing will be available for pickup on the same day, usually within 1 hour of the time we receive your request.

Delivery Service:
(Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan or The Bronx only)

Refills received by 4:00PM will be delivered on the next business day. Refills received after 4:00PM will be delivered on the second business day.

FedEx Service:
(Staten Island and outside of NYC)

Refills received by 4:00PM will be shipped via FedEx Ground on the same day. Refills received after 4:00PM will be shipped on the following business day.

For overnight service, please specify in the "Special Instructions" box (additional charges will apply).
